Welcome to GrowthLane. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the GrowthLane platform, services, software, training materials, and any related content (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using GrowthLane, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. About GrowthLane

GrowthLane is a business development platform designed for home-care and home-health agencies. The Services may include:

CRM and pipeline management Lead capture tools and funnels SMS/email automation Marketing tools and templates Appointment scheduling Reporting dashboards Referral partner outreach tools Training and onboarding materials Optional advertising or consulting services

GrowthLane is not a home-care agency, marketing agency, or staffing agency. We provide software and business tools only.

2. No Guaranteed Results

GrowthLane does not guarantee:

A certain number of leads A certain number of paying clients Agency revenue growth Caregiver applications Marketing or advertising performance Sales outcomes Compliance outcomes Any specific business result

Every business is different and results vary widely based on factors outside our control (budget, competition, targeting, follow-up, operations, client skill level, market conditions, and more).

You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for your business performance and results.

3. Subscription & Payment Terms

3.1 Recurring Billing

Use of GrowthLane requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your plan.

3.2 No Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable, including:

Monthly or annual subscriptions Setup fees Training purchases Add-ons Advertising spend Professional services (when applicable)

We do not prorate or issue partial refunds.

3.3 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

To avoid being charged for the next cycle, you must cancel before the renewal date.

No exceptions.

4. Advertising, Lead Generation, and Marketing Tools

GrowthLane may include tools that allow you to:

Connect Facebook/Meta Ads Connect Google Ads Launch simple ad campaigns View ad performance data

If you use these features, you understand and agree that:

You are responsible for all advertising spend. Advertising performance is not guaranteed. GrowthLane does not manage or optimize your ads unless explicitly purchased as a separate service. Automated ad tools provided through the platform (such as “one-click ads”) are provided “as-is.” Lead quality and quantity may vary significantly.

GrowthLane is not responsible for third-party platform changes, ad disapprovals, account restrictions, or results.

5. SMS, Calls, and Email Compliance

GrowthLane enables communication through:

Email SMS Voice calls Voicemail drops AI follow-ups

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including:

TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) CAN-SPAM Act Carrier regulations Data privacy laws

You agree that:

You have obtained proper consent to message your contacts. You will not upload purchased or scraped lists. You are responsible for any compliance violations resulting from your messaging activity.

GrowthLane is not liable for your misuse of the messaging tools.

6. Data, Privacy, & Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You must not share your account with others. You must comply with all privacy laws applicable to your business and data. GrowthLane may store and process data according to our Privacy Policy.

If you close your account or fail to pay, your data may be deleted.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use GrowthLane to:

Send spam or unsolicited messages Violate TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or privacy laws Misrepresent your services Promote illegal, harmful, or deceptive content Abuse or overload the system Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the platform without permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided by GrowthLane—including templates, funnels, workflows, training materials, videos, branding, and software—remains the property of GrowthLane.

You may not:

Resell Redistribute Copy Replicate White-label the platform or training

…unless explicitly allowed under your agreement.

9. Third-Party Platforms

GrowthLane integrates with third-party services (Meta, Google, email providers, SMS carriers, Stripe, etc.).

You understand that:

We do not control these platforms They may change or restrict features Your accounts may be suspended or limited by them Their terms apply independently of ours

GrowthLane is not responsible for outages or issues caused by third-party platforms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

GrowthLane is not liable for any lost revenue, lost clients, advertising losses, business interruptions, data loss, or indirect damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the platform is to discontinue use of the Services.

Total liability of GrowthLane for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the previous 30 days.

11. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance.
